The gates are fully galvanised, meaning the mild steel is coated in zinc to protect it from corrosion. This process is essential in the Scottish climate, where moisture and temperature changes can take their toll on untreated metal.

Following galvanisation, the gates are then powder-coated in a crisp white finish, adding an extra layer of protection while delivering a smooth, refined appearance.
